This Privacy Policy describes how Rechtszaid Law, P.C. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with your use of rechtszaidlaw.com.

  • Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form

You may opt out of our newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at rebecca@rechtszaidlaw.com.

7. California Residents

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect about you, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale. We implement reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

10. Links to Third-Party Sites

This Privacy Policy applies only to our website. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites linked from our site.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
